The preschools policies and procedures have been developed to comply with current legislation, national guidelines and relevant childcare research, including, the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Children First Act 2015, the Equal Status Act 2000 (Revised 2018), the Childcare Act 1991 (Early Years Services) Regulations 2016, the Data Protection Act 1988 and 2003, Protections for Persons Reporting Child Abuse 1996, the National Vetting Bureau Act 2012 and the Children Act 2001. Policies are available in our reception area at all times and some policies will also be available in this section of the website.
