Dunleer Montessori

Dunleer Montessori, Tír na nÓg

Pre-School Opening Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 12.30pm

The Montessori Method specifies that every child is treated with respect, given freedom within the limits of a carefully structured environment and allowed to develop naturally at their own pace.

We provide the following as part of our Curriculum:

Storytime at the Library

Library Visits

We offer the children the opportunity to visit Dunleer Library to enhance their interest in reading books. Enrolment forms are provided.

Children are required to bring their own lunch with them but not drinks as milk and water is freely available at all times. We promote a healthy eating programme so crisps, sweets and biscuits are not allowed.

Children should wear comfortable play closed to school. Please leave a pair of 'Wellies' in school for outside play. A full change of clothes should be left in school for when necessary. If a child uses nappies they should be provided.

Policies and procedures
The policies of the school are explained in full on enrolment. These policies are available at all times and may be checked at any time in the reception area of the school.
